Took my son in for the beginning of his orthodontic work. These folks have some of the best customer service i have ever experienced. Highly recommend this office.

They were so amazing! She was so nervous to go and was even crying at the start of the appointment. They made her feel so comfortable and turned it into a fun experience. She now can’t wait to go back! All the staff are wonderful!

The care at Rave orthodontics is outstanding. Dr Ravassipour is amazing and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. These offices are hands down amazing! We are returning patients my daughter was seen years ago received the top notch treatment! All the ladies there give nothing but wonderful care! Feels like a family. Moving forward I have now come back for my 7 year old. From the moment scheduling started to the actual office visit was handled with care, patience, professionalism, and great communication! Highly recommend! We love Rave Ortho. Our family has been coming here for years and we have always felt well cared for. One of our kids is neurodivergent and the entire staff has been incredibly gentle, patient, and encouraging. They have supported us through mid appointment meltdowns (more than once) and championed our child as he overcame various fears and reached orthodontic milestones. Not only are they good at what they do, they are just genuinely kind people.

Dr. Rav is amazing! I went to another ortho in the past and was not happy with my results. When I had my consultation with Dr. Rav he asked soo many questions on specifically what I wanted and what I was looking for and WHY I wanted that. If it was something that could not be done he was very informative on why and how it wouldn’t work and never gave any misleading information. So far I love how my smile/teeth have been corrected. Enjoyed going to all my appointments! Loved all the girls there, they are all amazing and SOOO SWEET🤍 So sad that I will be finishing my sessions soon and wont be able to see them! If I could give 1000000 stars I would!

We met with Rave today for our 9 year old. Dr Dennis and Lisa we wonderful! Lisa was super helpful explaining things to my son, as well as me, and Dr Dennis was friendly and confident (which put me at ease). We are so happy they were recommended to us, and we look forward to working with them going forward. Even my son is excited for his new braces!!

Very outgoing and friendly, and the orthodontist clearly distinguishes between what’s *needed* vs more expensive options and it feels like he gives an honest recommendation about whether the latter is really worth it. The practice also has no-interest financing with very realistic monthly payments.

Not your average orthodontist! Sooo much better than what my husband and I had growing up! Every detail is inviting and thoughtful. My son’s experience was exceptional! He asked a couple questions but said they explained everything while placing braces on him(he has anxiety at the dentist) he was at home and comfortable here! Dad and I were treated to espresso’s hand made there! They had things to keep siblings entertained! The quality of the welcome packs all the way from shirt to the next appointment paper has been chosen with care and a level unseen in any dental office I have ever experienced!( I worked for several dentist) Thankyou! My daughter just completed Phase 1 of her braces journey through Rave. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff are all so friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Dr Ravassipour creates such a welcoming environment and makes sure you and your child understand every step of the process. Highly recommend!

I love working with Dr. Ravassipour. I really appreciate his approach to orthodontia and his staff are so good at what they do. I have been practicing dentist in Medford since 2011 and as soon as I realized my son would need orthodontic treatment I knew Dr. Ravassipour was the provider I wanted to work with.
